Thank you for visiting the online home of the North Carolina Mathematics Association of Two Year Colleges (NCMATYC).
2010 NCMATYC Conference update:
- The 2010 NCMATYC Conference will take place March 4th and 5th at Catawba Valley Community College in Hickory, NC.
Registration will begin at 9:00 on Thursday and Conference sessions will begin at 10:00AM. The last session ends at 5:15, and we will have an Evening Social from 5:30-7:30 at the conference hotel. Please join us for this time, even if you are not staying at the hotel…lots of goodies and time to debrief.
On Friday, the breakfast meeting is from 8-9:30 at the hotel. Again, all registered attendees invited. The sessions begin at 10:00 and the last session ends at 12:45.

NCMATYC is continuing its effort to update our list of math department websites if you or your school's site is not yet listed send an E-mail with your site address, and I'll add you to our list. This list is available in our About NCMATYC section.
NCMATYC has 4 committees that are reviewing the Common Course Library descriptions for MAT 115, 121, 161 & 171. In addition, the committees have developed a list of competencies for each course. Those documents are posted here for you to review.
