Parking:
Much of the conference will be held in the Robinson Classroom Building (RCB) and the Myers Center Auditorium and Breezeway. We will reserve the following lots for this conference…
- faculty lot in front of RCB close to the campus tower (lot close to the J student lot). That small faculty lot will be used for event staff and handicapped individuals. (March 13th starting at noon until the 15th after 3:00 pm
- Student Lots J for attendee parking (starting March 14th at 6:00 am through March 15th at 3:00 pm)
- Student Lot W for attendee parking (starting March 14th at 6:00 am through March 15th at 3:00 pm)

Join us for A SLICE OF PI!
The Board is excited to announce that the 2024 NCMATYC Conference will be held March 14-15, 2024 at Gaston College in Dallas, NC. Arrive a day early and join us for a fun social on Wednesday evening, March 13th. We have also invited SOCAMATYC members this year to experience the awesomeness of our conference. Not to mention that our conference is on PI DAY this year!REGISTRATION
If you register during EARLY BIRD dates, you will receive a 2024 conference t-shirt at the event. Registrations received after Early Bird dates will not receive a t-shirt. Early Bird registration ends Friday, February 16th. Online registration ends Friday, March 8th. You may still register in-person at the conference. **Please note, the updated membership fees for 2024 are $15 for one year membership and $40 for a three year membership.**

We want you to present at the 2024 NCMATYC Conference. Please use the link below to submit your presentation proposal. Proposals received prior to Friday, December 15th will receive priority consideration, and all proposals must be received by February 2, 2024.

Our partner hotel this year is the Hilton Garden Inn in Gastonia. Rooms are available at a discounted rate of $143 + tax for a single King or $139 + tax for a double Queen.
